Hello, I am a professor in Economics and in Management and Strategy at the University of Hong Kong. Before joining HKU, I taught at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the London School of Economics. I was a visiting scholar at UChicago, Princeton, MIT, and the University of Stockholm. I have pursued two main lines of research: (1) the political economy and industrial organization of the media and (2) the impacts of AI on jobs, human capital, and wellbeing.
